Barbeque, of any kind, is my favorite. I can't go swimming without pork barbeque in my food basket. My kids love barbeque, but they prefer hotdog with marshmallow more. But, let me share with you my style of barbeque. I learned this recipe from one of the
barbeque websites on the net. You, too, can research on the internet for a barbeque recipe.
You will need:
7 lbs
pork steaks
1/8 cup of pork seasoning flavor
4 bay leaves
1 tsp of salt, iodized will do
2 tsp of minced red pepper
36 ounces of barbeque sauce
1 1/2 cups of vinegar
Mix pork seasoning flavor, bay leaves, salt, red pepper, vinegar, and barbeque sauce all together in a bowl. Cover the pork steaks with the mixed sauce, let it stay over night. The next day, bring the pork steak into medium heat charcoaled grill. If the pork is cooked and tender, remove the pork from the grill. Place it in serving place, and enjoy with
fruits and salad.
