My mom is the best cook I've ever had the fortune to meet. She roasts delicious turkeys even if it's not Thanksgiving. My friends who visit the house every weekend to play
Xbox 360 games love her pasta and cookies. My dad who loves to eat (just look at his size) likes to play guinea pig for my mom's new recipes.
Grilling? That is child's play to her. She knows how to grill perfect meat without burning or charring it. Every Saturday, my mom makes a special sweet and sour spareribs barbecue for the family. This is the entire recipe for my mom's grilled spareribs.
Ingredients:
One kilo of Spareribs, cut into medium strips
One cup of brown sugar
A quarter of the sauce called Worcestershire
Half-cup Chili powder or sauce
Crushed garlic
One teaspoon of Mustard
A quarter of
Red Wine
Pepper to taste
To remove excess fat, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil then bake it for 1 ½ hours at 350 °F. After baking, rub all the ingredients to the ribs and marinate for an hour. Grill the ribs for thirty minutes, but make sure the meat is four inches above the charcoal. Lastly, place the grilled ribs in a plate covered with wax paper to absorb the oil.
